The AKG DMM8 U automatic mixer is designed specifically for speech applications and is ideal for meetings and conferences. Its excellent signal-to-noise ratio also makes it indispensable for professional audio productions The AKG DMM8 U lets you mix the levels of the 6 input channels quickly and precisely. The built-in DSP offers extensive sound processing capabilities. These include compressor/limiter, ducking, routing and filter functions. The operation of the device is very simple. Up to 6 presets can be stored for common situations. Disturbing noises are detected by the mixer and the audio signal of the individual channels is automatically regulated. Up to 10 AKG DMM8 U mixers can be connected in series. This way, even large conferences with up to 80 channels can be operated.
The UL version has an Ethernet interface. This allows the AKG DMM8 UL to be connected to a LAN network and controlled via software. The ULD version has a Dante interface and is ideal for broadcast use.
