Registration form
Please use our registration form to book. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. A separate, written confirmation of registration will not be sent. Your data will only be stored electronically for internal purposes and will not be passed on. Please also note our privacy policy.
Course of the seminars / speakers
The seminars are held by freelance speakers and Audio XL employees. You will find the exact agenda and the names of the external speakers before the start of the event under Current seminars. The seminars are held in Dutch or French. Some guest speakers will also present in English.
Confirmation of participation / documentation
Each participant will receive a written confirmation of participation. Certificates will be handed out either at the end of the event or within 14 days of the end of the seminar by post or email. Furthermore, each participant will receive seminar documentation or access to a closed area on the website. The presentations and further information can be downloaded there.
Fees / Invoicing
We will invoice you for the participation fee after the respective event. You can pay this by bank transfer.
Cancellation of events
We reserve the right to cancel events for organizational reasons (failure to reach the minimum number of participants, absence of speakers due to illness, etc.). If we cancel an event, we will try to rebook you for another date if you agree to this. Otherwise you will be refunded any fees already paid. There are no further claims.
Withdrawal / Cancellation
You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. You can transfer your right to participate. In this case, please inform us immediately of the name and address of the replacement participant. If we host external seminar organizers, their conditions apply.
