Infrared transmitter diode with cable for transmission of IR control signals
Use with all AMX IR control interfaces of control centers, remote control interfaces and video signal transmitters and receivers
The CC-NIRC is a cable with IR transmitting diode (flasher) used in conjunction with all AMX control interfaces that transmit control signals to devices via infrared. The transmitting diode is glued to the IR receiver eye of the device. The opaque diode housing covers the complete receiver eye. This ensures reliable and interference-free reception of the IR control signals without negative interference from other devices transmitting IR signals or, for example, from lamps or spotlights with a high IR radiation component.
Whereas when using IR remote controls there must be a line of sight to the device to be controlled, when using IR control with CC-NIRC the device can be out of sight and located in a closed technical cabinet, even in another room.
