The AMX NMX-MM-1000 is a content sharing platform and central media control unit for presentations. It is specifically designed for use in meeting, conference and classroom environments. It allows multiple external devices to be played directly on one monitor.
Operation via touchscreen or with mouse and keyboard is very easy. You can access documents, photos, videos and the Internet. The Mirror Op app lets you share content from your laptop or mobile device (BYOD) directly (without a wired connection).
Up to 4 devices can be selected and displayed on the screen simultaneously. Documents can be accessed from Dropbox and distributed to participants through it, emails can be received and sent, and web content can be accessed through web browsers (except Chromium based browsers with support for HTML5. Plug-ins and Flash). All communication channels can be enabled or disabled through the setup.
For easy sharing of Dropbox documents, a QR code can be displayed for participants to scan and get access to the shared documents.
USB interfaces can be used to connect USB mass storage devices such as sticks and external hard drives, as well as a keyboard and mouse.
An integrated virtual keypad can be displayed to control connected NetLinx controllers via 12 keys and a three-line text display (can be switched off).
