The Acendo Core offers all the features to organize and run meetings smoothly.
The intuitive user interface gives you access to documents, apps, the Internet and the room booking system. The Acendo Core is operated with keyboard and mouse or via touch control of a touch-sensitive screen.
You can save important data for a meeting on the Acendo Core and play it back as needed. For connecting external devices (laptop, tablet, USB sticks, etc.), 6 USB sockets are available and 2 Ethernet sockets for network connection. Data exchange can also be established without a cable connection via Google Cast or Apple AirPlay. Audio inputs and outputs are also available.
All common image, audio and video formats as well as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF files are processed. Access rights to provided files, folders and content in the company network can be granted and managed. For file transfer, screen sharing, IP phone and video conferencing, Acendo Core supports application programs such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. With just one click, you can join the online meeting without having to find a link or invitation to the meeting.
For a perfect display, two 4K resolution screens can be connected to Acendo Core.
Direct integration with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 makes it easy to schedule meetings. You can see in the Outlook calendar, on touch panels or on the screen when which meeting rooms are free, book appointments and invite participants.
