The DCE-1 In-Line controller combines CEC control, EDID emulation and audio extraction in a single, cost-effective device. It can be used whenever there is no EDID processing at the output of a router or switcher.
The device provides 15 pre-programmed standard EDIDs, which can be selected via an integrated rotary wheel. in addition, non-preprogrammed EDID information can be copied at the output and forwarded to the source.
Depending on an applied signal, switch-on or switch-off commands can be sent to a display or projector via RS232, CEC or relay contacts.
Embedded audio signals can be output as analog stereo audio or as S/PDIF. Due to its small design the DCE-1 can be mounted hidden behind a display for example.
