The SCL-1 is a scaler that can be used to adjust an HDMI signal to the optimal resolution of a connected projector, display or monitor. It can be used whenever a display device does not scale the signal internally, or the signal is not scaled at the output of a router or switcher.
The desired resolution can be determined and set automatically via EDID, controlled via a serial interface or programmed to a fixed value.
