The AKG PZM11 professional boundary microphone is designed for security and surveillance applications. It is characterized by a uniform pickup of the entire recording range. Low frequencies below the vocal range are attenuated to reduce noise from heaters, fans or air conditioners. The higher frequency range, on the other hand, is boosted to promote transparency and articulation.
The AKG PZM11 has a microphone level output and operates on 12 - 48 volts phantom power. The electronic connections on the back of the board are screw terminals - so no plugs are needed.
