The 8000-406AD thread adapter is used to mount the 8x4x, 8x5x, G Four and Five monitors on a 3/8" diameter tripod thread. However, due to the weight of the monitors, it is recommended to set them up with the respective matching 8040-408 and 8050-408 tripod plates.
