The JBL VTX M stage monitors combine studio-grade reproduction quality and uncompromisingly high sound pressure levels in a compact, low profile enclosure. Typical applications are large stages, festivals or TV shows with highest audio demands.
The components used work with the latest technologies and materials such as neodymium magnets and dual voice coils. The patented D2 high-frequency driver enables a particularly fine resolution and powerful high-frequency reproduction. Inside the driver, two ring diaphragms operate with separate voice coils and magnetic fields. The lower mass of the ring diaphragms guarantees the best impulse response.
The JBL VTX M20 is only 34 cm high and has a placement angle of 30°. The flat design appears discreet and hardly restricts the view of spectators or cameras on stage. On both sides of the housing are Speakon connectors for looping through.
The JBL VTX M wedges can be driven passively or bi-amp. In both variants, a Crown I-Tech HD power amplifier (optional) with V5 settings must be used.
