Dual power-over-DXLink injector for injecting power into a DXLink device
Ideal for simultaneously powering a DXLink transmitter and DXLink receiver in a point-to-point connection
Eliminates the need for local power supply to transmitter and receiver
Dual power-over-DXLink injector for injecting power into a DXLink device
Ideal for simultaneously powering a DXLink transmitter and DXLink receiver in a point-to-point connection
Eliminates the need for local power supply to transmitter and receiver
With simple point-to-point connections using DXLink, the transmitter and the receiver must be supplied with power individually, since the router or the presentation switcher, which could take over this, are missing. On the transmitter side, as well as on the receiver side, a separate power supply with an external power supply unit must be implemented in each case. With the PDXL-2, both devices can be powered simultaneously from one point via the twisted pair cable.
The device is power saving in total, because the power supply of transmitter and receiver can be switched off, controlled by relays. If they are not needed, they can be completely de-energized via a controller.
