The JBL AC118S subwoofer is suitable as a powerful woofer supplement for full-range and satellite speakers. Typical applications are restaurants, clubs, sports venues, schools, sales rooms, multi-purpose halls, etc.
The built-in 18" chassis has a power handling of 450 watts for high level requirements and safe continuous operation. It is a special long excursion chassis with large diaphragm excursion. This makes it excellent for reproducing low frequencies.
The numerous M10 suspension points on the housing as well as optional brackets allow for easy and quick mounting. The connection is made safely either via Speakon or screw terminals.
The JBL AE Expansion Series consists of 6 full-range speakers in 2-way design and 2 subwoofers for fixed installation.
