Univox's PLS-X5 fanless power amplifier is highly efficient and extremely compact with a width of 9.5" and one RU. It features a balanced mic/line input with phantom power and high-pass filter. In addition, the PLS-X5 has a balanced Line/100 Volt input and an RCA input with priority circuit.
An automatic level adjustment (dual action AGC) ensures the highest speech intelligibility. Metal losses can be compensated with the parametric MLC (Metal Loss Correction) filter. The controls and LED chains for input and output levels as well as the MLC filter are located on the front panel for easy system configuration.
Other features of the PLS-X5 include a headphone output and a power output for connecting a monitor speaker. Two contact outputs allow external status LEDs to be driven. Rack mounting brackets are included.
