The JBL VTX F Series combines studio monitor-level reproduction quality and uncompromisingly high sound pressure levels in a compact, multifunctional enclosure. The 15" woofer has a frequency range up to 42 Hz and is therefore also suitable for the reproduction of low-frequency signals. The cabinet has two identical monitor angles, which allows for pair placement.
The components used work with the latest technologies and materials such as neodymium magnets and dual voice coils. The patented D2 high-frequency driver technology enables a particularly fine resolution and powerful high-frequency reproduction. Inside the driver, two ring diaphragms operate with separate voice coils and magnetic fields. The lower mass of the ring diaphragms compared to conventional diaphragms ensures better impulse response with the same diaphragm area. This driver technology is already successfully used in the JBL VTX-V25 and V20 line arrays and M2 studio monitor.
The JBL F15 is exclusively bi-amp driven. Extensive features include M10 mounting points, optional U-brackets and Speakon connectors on both sides.
With state-of-the-art components, the JBL VTX F systems meet the highest demands of large productions. They are an ideal solution for front sound reinforcement, "fill applications" or monitoring on professional stages.
