The PAESP M phantom power module of the Modular Plus series is suitable for both fixed and mobile installation. With its wide voltage range, the module is compatible with most available microphone mixers. It features a unique BCD (binary coded decimal) switch that resets the unit to one of the operating modes. Several functions can be adjusted, such as bass attenuation, LED ring mode (on, off, microphone function), and microphone switch mode (press = mute, press = talk, press = on, press = off). The PAESP M features an absolutely silent microphone switch. Instead of interrupting the signal, it reduces the volume by 26 dB, eliminating the irritating crackle when phantom power is interrupted. The switch is unobtrusively placed, but easy to reach and operate even for inexperienced speakers. The built-in system connector with gold-plated contacts reliably fits all available mounting modules of the Modular Plus series.
