The PR-WP-412 is a matrix switcher and windowing processor in one unit. The mode is switchable during operation. In matrix mode 4 inputs and 2 independent outputs are available, in windowing mode 4 inputs and 1 output, mirrored on the second output. Processed are HDMI2.0 signals up to 4K60 4:4:4, including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, 32-bit color depth, HDCP2.2 compliant, with automatic EDID management for image rendering, adapted in each case to the native resolutions of the sinks. DisplayPort++ signals can also be connected to the inputs via passive adapter.

Presets can be called up in the windowing display with picture-in-picture (PiP), stack of 3 and quad display. Additional windowing arrangements can be defined and called as presets via API commands or the integrated web user interface. In crossbar mode, source switching is uninterrupted. For connection to a sound system, 2 independent stereo audio signals are available in analog.

The unit can be operated manually via front keys. The device can be controlled serially via a bidirectional RS232 interface or via Ethernet, or configured and operated via an integrated web user interface. The open API interface allows vendor-neutral connection to a media controller, and a Duet Module can be loaded for control with an AMX controller.
