Soundcraft Si Performer mixing consoles are available in three frame sizes - 19" rack versions with 16 faders/mic preamps (removable side panels), and 24 and 32 faders/mic preamps. A world premiere is the DMX512 interface, which allows the sound engineer to control a small lighting set manually or via scene automation. Professional features with the simplest operation - that's the motto with the Soundcraft Si Performer mixing consoles. Fader Glow, 40-bit floating point processing, Lexicon effects units, BSS graphic EQs, VCA groups, LCR panning - many users already know these features from STUDER mixing consoles or the Soundcraft Vi series. Coupled with the enormous DSP power (80 mixer channels, 32 mix busses plus LCR) and the two optional card slots for additional I/O (stageboxes, recording), even complex setups can be realized cost-effectively in a very compact package. Assignable Channel Strip (ACS) - the user interface is immediately accessible to the user. A fully equipped channel strip provides immediate access to the preamp, compressor, gate, fully parametric 4-band equalizer and pan/delay/routing of the selected channel strip on the mixer interface. For the output busses, this function is identical - without preamp and gate, of course.

The One Touch Easy Mix - this function allows fast mixing of the channel signals to the mix busses. By selecting a mix bus (e.g. FX Bus 1), 5 steps are done automatically: All existing solo functions are switched off, the send faders are placed on the channel faders (the fader glow shows this in the corresponding color), the bus master is assigned to the MONO/SEL fader on the far right, the selected bus master/FX return is automatically switched SOLO and assigned to the ACS. When mixing four busses, for example, 40 steps are accomplished by pressing the button eight times. This saves the user time and eliminates potential operating errors.

Global Mode - in addition to the channel strip, a row of potentiometers provides access to globally selected parameters (Gain/Pan/HPF) for each channel strip/bus at any time. Channel LCD color display - above the channel fader, the channel/bus name or mode of the fader is displayed, as well as gate status, gain reduction and input level.

Two optional card slots - the Si Performer mixers can be expanded with up to two optional I/O cards and connected to, for example, one or two external stage boxes and/or recording devices. Any stagebox available from Soundcraft/STUDER can be controlled, making the Si Performer consoles also an optimal addition to existing Vista, Vi or Si systems. Card slot 1 has a capacity of 64 inputs 64 outputs. Card slot 2 offers an additional 64 inputs and 32 outputs.

The Soundcraft Si Performer series is suitable for both mobile applications and theater/fixed installations. For FOH/monitor and recording applications, gain compensation can be activated to compensate for changes in the analog gain control on the Digital Direct Out (DOGS = Digital Output Gain Stabilization).

All Soundcraft Si Performer/Expression/Compact and Vi series mixing consoles can be remotely controlled via the ViSi app available in the app store. This allows control of multiple Soundcraft Vi/Si consoles from one app as well as access to the same console by multiple engineers via I-Pad.

Offline Editor Program - This allows console settings, labels, routings, etc. to be created as show files and later loaded into the console.
