The Xtend-Pair40 is a set of transmitter and receiver for point-to-point transmission of high-resolution HDMI signals up to 4K@60Hz 4:2:0 over up to 40m CAT6a/7 cable using HDBaseT. Resolutions up to and including 1080p@60Hz 4:4:4 can be transmitted up to 70m.
IR and RS232 control signals are also transmitted over the CAT cable and can control devices connected at the opposite end. When fed to the transmitter they control the sink, when fed to the receiver they control the source.
A power connection is only necessary on one side. The respective opposite side is also supplied with power via the CAT cable.
