AIR-4K is a set of transmitter and receiver for wireless transmission of HDMI1.4b signals with up to 4K resolution. It is the solution when no cable can or should be laid between source and sink. The transmission is done by radio at 60 GHz and is thus protected against interference in the heavily used radio range of 2.4 and 5 GHz.
The uncompressed signal transmission is virtually latency-free and self-healing. If the connection between transmitter and receiver is interrupted, the transmitter starts an automatic scan to re-establish the connection. 2 sets can be used simultaneously in one room.
Video resolutions up to 4K30 with 4:4:4 color sampling, 8 bit, HDCP2.0 compliant, 3D TV, digital audio streams with 7.1 channels and CEC are supported.
