The C3 is a high-resolution pan/tilt camera with tracking function, 12x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom. Signal outputs include HDMI, 3G SDI and network. Resolution up to 1080p60 with a horizontal viewing angle of 72.5° to 6.9° horizontally and 44.8° to 3.9° vertically and 2D and 3D digital noise reduction ensure a sharp image. A second, built-in wide-angle camera provides a panoramic image that serves as a reference for tracking. For optimal auto-tracking, the camera must be at least 5m away from the speaker and mounted at a height of 2.20 - 2.40m.
Due to its high light sensitivity, the C3 can already be used at an illuminance of 0.5 Lux. The compensation of background light and an automatic white balance for indoor, outdoor, manually adjustable and variably controllable, convince even in otherwise critical lighting conditions.
The control can be done via RS232 interface (Visca protocol), network or the supplied IR remote control. A dedicated audio line input can be used to connect a pre-amplified signal from a microphone or the signal from a microphone mixer.
