The JBL AC18 is an extremely compact speaker system with 8" woofer and a 1" driver with tweeter horn. The dispersion angle is 90°x50° (-95) or 120°x60° (-26).
The tweeter horn is rotatable, allowing horizontal and vertical mounting of the JBL AC18. The continuous power handling is 250 watts (peak 1000 watts). The impedance of the JBL AC18 is 8 ohms. Application areas include both stationary and mobile applications. Typical applications include all forms of near-field sound reinforcement, paging systems, small to medium main sound reinforcement with external subwoofers, support systems, AV areas, etc..
Due to the small housing dimensions, the JBL AC18 can be integrated visually discreet and unobtrusive in almost any environment.
For installation, various mounting points are provided for optional eyebolts, U-bolts and wall brackets.
The system is also available in white on request.
