The VLA-C series (C = compact) consists of 3 different systems. VLA C2100 with 100° coverage angle, VLA-C265 with 65° coverage angle and the VLA C215S subwoofer with 2x 15" drivers. Typical applications for VLA-C are sound reinforcement of stadiums, multi-purpose halls, arenas, amusement parks, cruise ships, auditoriums or ice halls. The weatherproof IP55 design also allows the use of the VLA-C systems in demanding climatic conditions.
Due to the modular concept of the VLA-C series, the individual arrays can be flexibly designed and optimally adapted to the application. The two beam angles of 100° and 65° allow acoustic alignment for near and far areas.
The high-quality assembly with 2x 10" and 3x 1.5" offers high continuous sound pressure and uniform radiation characteristics. All drivers have neodymium magnets for efficient drive and low weight. The C215S subwoofer element works with 2x 15" chassis, which also have neodymium magnets.
The fiberglass enclosure as well as the elaborate multi-layer front grille protect against dust, moisture and UV radiation.
