The C222 system combines the latest technologies with shallow depth. It is equipped with two highly efficient 15" woofers and two 1" high frequency drivers type 2409J-2.
The two 15" woofers work with the "Acoustic Aperture" technology. In this process, an acoustic molded part is combined with the woofer. The transition from bass to treble (midrange), which is critical for all 2-way systems, is thereby optimized. The result is a harmonious transition with lower distortion, higher sound pressure and precise radiation. Thus, among other things, the important dialogue intelligibility is increased at all seats.
The dual "Dissimilar Arraying" technology with 2 high frequency drivers radiating into special wave guides creates a very even level distribution in the depth of the room. The otherwise usual level differences between the front and rear rows of seats are minimized.
The integrated passive crossover in combination with a special DSP preset for external system amps enable sophisticated playback quality.
The small installation depth of less than 31 cm as well as the angled baffle allow correct positioning even with little space behind the screen.
The C222 can be used up to a distance of 25 m (last row of seats).
