The JBL 705P is a compact, bi-amp studio monitor for the highest audiophile demands. Typical applications are recording and mixing studios, post-production, broadcast studios or audio editing suites.
The latest generation of JBL tweeter and woofer drivers provide high dynamic range and sound pressure over a very wide frequency range. The tweeter waveguide, which originates from the JBL M2, produces a very accurate and uniform dispersion. This guarantees a large sweet spot and comfortable listening area.
The DSP processor operates at 192 kHz, 32 bit floating. It includes 12 room EQs, 8 individual EQs, 150 ms AV Sync Delay, and 6 user presets, among others.
In addition to the analog input, a digital AES3 input is also available. The HiQnet network can be connected via the RJ45 jack. On the rear panel there is a display and controls for individual parameter setting.
On the top and bottom of the housing there are mounting points for the use of a holder.
